Disclaimer: English is not my mother tongue and this blog is almost made with French articles. However, you can find a small number of articles written in English. Furthermore, English speaking women who would like to discover my messages are welcome. I have already conducted massages sessions in English.
What is the tantra ? What are tantric massages ?
Each masseur has perhaps his own definition or his own approach. The aim of this blog is simply to explain my vision and to share analysis and thoughts on this topic.
In short, I consider that the core of the tantra is the application of the concepts of mindfulness to the art of massage. It is quite a personal approach and I don't claim it should be an universal definition.
This is why I propose "mindfulness massages" that are quite inspired from tantric massages.
Like tantric massages, mindfulness massages are very relaxing massages that address the full body as a whole. They bring a deep and lasting wellness. 
Like tantric massages, they might include sexual areas if the massaged person wish so but those areas can also be partially or totally excluded if these kind of contact is not desired.
Last, the role of mindfulness is to focus the mind on the feelings, to be in the observation of our own body and to make the benefits being more present.
This can be summarised by :"learning to be in connection with our body" 
Those massages are proposed out of any commercial approach, mainly with the following aims: bringing wellness, helping if I can, giving opportunities to discover this kind of massages and, as well, improve my skills.
On this blog, you will find many articles , either basic ones in order to give simple introductions or more advanced ones, most of them in French. The only English article (on top of this one) are the ones that I wanted to share with non French speaking people and most of those articles are quite advanced:


The benefits of a tantric massage 

All the ones who have tried tantric massages can testify that they create an incredible feeling of wellness. This can be explained by several factors:
  1. A great switch off time during which the brain be away of daily troubles.
  2. To be again in touch with our own body, to revisit it. To consider as it is: a part of ourself (by opposition to the external image one might have). A tantric massage (or mindfulness massage) is mainly a relationship between ourself and ourself.
  3. Release of hormones (especially oxytocin) has the result of the physical touch.
